Program Overview
Rooted in the wisdom of Jewish spirituality, my guided meditation programs invite participants to slow down, turn inward, and awaken to the Divine presence that infuses every moment. Drawing from traditional Jewish sources and contemplative practices — including breath awareness (neshimah), intention (kavanah), and mindful attention to the rhythms of the soul — each session offers a pathway toward deeper connection with self, community, and the sacred.
What to Expect
Through gentle guidance and reflection, participants will explore themes such as gratitude (hakarat hatov), compassion (rachamim), surrender and trust (bitachon), and the awareness of holiness within the ordinary. Sessions may include:
- Breath-centered meditation inspired by the Hebrew word neshamah — “soul” and “breath.”
- Visualization and inner imagery drawn from psalms, Jewish mysticism, and nature.
- Moments of silence framed by traditional blessings or verses.
- Guided reflections on the weekly parashah or Jewish calendar cycle.
Program Benefits
- Cultivate a felt sense of Divine presence (Shekhinah) in daily life.
- Develop mindfulness through Jewish language and practice.
- Nurture emotional calm, gratitude, and spiritual awareness.
- Create space for inner healing and renewed connection to Jewish identity and purpose.
Who It’s For
My guided meditation programs are geared towards in-person or virtual groups of three or more participants. Guided meditation series are an intentional way to gather an entire community, to breathe together. I can also lead organizational affinity groups or work with private groups of three to fifteen participants. These programs are suited to all — from novice to seasoned practitioners. One only needs an open heart and willingness to listen deeply.
